Blair Schlossberg is a highly successful, highly experienced real estate professional currently working in Atlanta, Georgia. His the co founder and co manager for the real estate investment firm called, Crown Holdings Group, which specializes in the purchases of devalued property in order to turn them into lucrative investments for their clients. Blair began his career in real estate as a lawyer for the firm Alston and Bird in 1991. While there, he gained valuable corporate and real estate experience providing him with knowledge necessary to be successful in any aspect of the real estate industry. He worked extensively in sophisticated retail and residential development, handled closings of construction and permanent financing loans, and gained valuable knowledge in real estate financing, creditor’s rights and work outs. In 1996, he pursued an opportunity to be the Corporate Counsel for BWAY Corporation, a large manufacturing company with annual sales reaching 500 million dollars. He served in a number of positions including Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Vice President of Administration, and Vice President of Human Resources.

Blair Schlossberg founded Crown Holdings Group in 2009 in order to better utilize his knowledge of the real estate industry. Crown Holdings Group specializes in the purchases of devalued properties pertaining to residential homes, apartment rentals, and retail and community shopping centers. In order to better manage properties pertaining to the three asset class, Blair Schlossberg founded a number of affiliates that deal with each real estate class specifically. The affiliate responsible for the residential home properties is called, Marquis Investments, LLC.
